Who we are

Red Frog Studio ("we", "us") is a UK-based digital agency. For data protection purposes we are the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@redfrogstudio.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

Enquiry details. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. The lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to a request you made) and, subsequently, contract.

Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and send you occasional articles. The lawful basis is consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Analytics. We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data, ever, to anyone.
  • We don't share your details with third parties for their marketing.
  • We don't transfer your data outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards.
  • We don't keep enquiry data longer than three years after our last contact.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. To exercise any of them, email us — we respond to all rights requests within one calendar month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, though we'd appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.

Security

Data submitted through this site travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Enquiry data is stored on secured UK servers with access limited to the people who need it to reply to you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Significant changes will be flagged prominently rather than slipped in quietly.
