Build — UI/UX Design
Design People Don't Have to Think About
Good interface design is mostly invisible. Visitors don't admire your navigation — they just find what they came for, do what they came to do, and leave with a good impression they can't quite explain. That invisible ease is what we design.
Philosophy
Evidence First, Opinions Second
Design debates are endless when they run on taste — everyone has one. They get short when they run on evidence. So we start with research: who your users are, what they're trying to do, where they currently give up.
Then we prototype. Real, clickable prototypes that stakeholders and actual users can try before a line of production code exists. The disagreements that would have surfaced in month three surface in week two instead, when changing direction costs hours, not budgets.
Process
How a Design Engagement Runs
-
Research & Audit
User interviews, analytics review and a hard look at what's working now. If you have heatmaps and session recordings, we'll mine them; if not, we'll set them up.
-
Architecture & Wireframes
Site maps, user flows and low-fidelity wireframes that nail the structure before anyone falls in love with colours.
-
Interface Design
High-fidelity design in Figma: typography, colour, components and interactions, organised into a design system your developers will thank us for.
-
Prototype & Test
Clickable prototypes tested with real users. We watch where they hesitate, fix it, and test again before sign-off.

Questions
Design, Answered
Absolutely — design-only engagements are common. You get organised Figma files, a documented design system and a proper handoff call. We're also happy to stay on hand during the build to review implementation.
Yes. Brand guidelines are a starting point, not a constraint we resent. If the brand has gaps — most do when they meet a complex interface — we'll extend it carefully and document the additions.
Before launch: task completion in user testing. After launch: conversion rates, engagement and rage-click analysis against the baseline we captured at the start. Design is accountable to numbers here, the same as everything else we do.
Suspect Your Interface Is Costing You Customers?
It probably is — almost every site has a fixable leak. A UX audit is a fast, inexpensive way to find out where, and it comes with a prioritised fix list whether or not you build with us.
