Training — CMS & Website
Run Your Own Website With Confidence
A website you're afraid to touch isn't really yours. Our training puts your team properly in control — editing pages, publishing news, updating products and managing SEO without holding their breath or phoning a developer for every comma.
How It Works
Taught on Your Site, Not a Demo
Generic tutorials teach a system nobody actually has. We train your team on your website — your pages, your content, your particular setup — so everything learned applies immediately.
Sessions run remotely or at your premises, hands-on from the first minute. Everyone drives their own copy of the site, makes real changes in a safe staging environment, and breaks things in the one place where breaking things is encouraged.
We pitch the content to the people in the room. A marketing manager publishing weekly needs different depth from a receptionist updating opening hours. Mixed groups get a core session plus role-specific add-ons rather than one-size-fits-nobody.
Afterwards comes the part most training skips: documentation written for your site — annotated screenshots, step-by-step guides for your actual tasks — plus thirty days of 'quick question' support while the knowledge beds in.

Questions
Training, Answered
WordPress and WooCommerce most often, plus Shopify and the custom CMS builds we develop ourselves. If your site runs on something else, send us a link — if we can drive it, we can teach it.
Half a day covers content editing for most teams; a full day adds products, SEO and admin tasks. We'd rather run two shorter sessions a week apart than one marathon — retention is dramatically better with a gap to practise in.
Yes — refresher and new-starter sessions are available ad hoc, and your documentation pack does a lot of the onboarding by itself. Training clients also get recordings of their sessions to keep.
