There's an obvious tension in an agency selling strategy: every audit could conveniently conclude 'hire the agency'. We resolve it bluntly — our consultancy reports regularly recommend work we don't do, tools we don't sell, and occasionally doing nothing at all.
If the roadmap does include work we could deliver, you'll get the same document either way, and you're free to take it to any supplier. Clients stay because the advice is good, which is the only durable reason anyone stays anywhere.
