Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern use of this website and, in outline, how we engage with clients. Last updated 12 June 2026.
Use of this website
This website and its content are provided for general information about Red Frog Studio and our services. You're welcome to browse, link to and quote from it with attribution. You may not scrape it wholesale, misrepresent its content as your own, or use it for anything unlawful.
Content and accuracy
We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but it's provided "as is" — case study figures reflect specific projects and aren't a guarantee of identical results, and nothing here constitutes formal advice for your specific situation. For advice you can rely on, talk to us about your actual circumstances.
Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and code of this website are owned by Red Frog Studio unless otherwise credited. The Red Frog Studio name and frog mark are our trade identity. Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is shown with permission.
Client engagements
Work for clients is governed by a written proposal and our service agreement, issued before any project begins — those documents, not this page, define scope, deliverables, payment terms and ownership for each engagement. In summary form: we quote fixed prices wherever practical, invoice in stages, and transfer full ownership of deliverables on payment. We don't start work without written agreement, and we'd encourage you not to commission work from anyone who does.
Links to other sites
Where we link to external websites, we're vouching for the specific resource at the time of linking, not everything that site may ever publish. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we accept no liability for indirect loss arising from use of this website. Our liability under client engagements is defined in the relevant service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
